• Fair, Transparent Pay: Earn starting commission 40% per session, with pay ranging from $40–$58 per 60-minute service (depending on service type). Obviously, 100% of gratuities go directly to you—no deductions or pooling. Higher percentages are based on rebooking and service goals.
• A Relaxed, No-Rush Environment: We believe in the art of massage. Sessions are never rushed, with a minimum of 30 minutes between clients, allowing you to reset and be fully present for each guest. This extra time ensures a more meaningful experience—one where both therapists and clients can truly enjoy the art of massage.
• Client-Focused Approach: Clients are not “owned” by the spa—we encourage long-term relationships between therapists and their guests. If you eventually transition to your own practice, we support your growth rather than restrict it.
• Predictable Scheduling & Flexibility: Choose your availability (minimum of 4 open hours per week) with no required in-office time unless you have clients. No same-day bookings and schedules are set in advance—no unexpected rushes.
• All Supplies Provided: Just bring your hands and skills—we provide oils, linens, and everything else you need. You don't even have to do the laundry.
