Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is relax

I want your time at Holding Space Spa to be calm and peaceful. Please take some time to read through my Spa policies before your appointment, they are designed to make your visit less stressful. When you schedule your appointment you are agreeing to these policies. Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. When you miss an appointment I not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled during that time.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee equaling up to the value of the scheduled service.  No shows and/or multiple appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in the client having to prepay (in part or in full) to schedule future sessions. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.  

In the spirit of fair scheduling, clients who repeatedly reschedule appointments will no longer be eligible for pre-booking. Future appointments can be scheduled the day before. This policy is in place to respect both your time and the availability for other clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, I may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled service, but may receive an abbreviated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment.

I accept cash, major credit cards and Venmo.

All purchases including gift certificates, packages and memberships are non-refundable. Gift certificates can be purchased for services or for a dollar amount and can be redeemed for any service or product equaling purchased dollar amount. Services in a package can not be substituted for other services.  If canceling a membership the unused service(s) can be used for products at full price or converted to a gift card. If any refunds are given they will be in the form of an in-spa credit.  Remember all sales are final.  

Please notify me before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. If you are currently under medical supervision, it is recommended that you consult your physician before visiting the spa.

It is also your responsibility to keep me informed of any medical treatment you are currently taking or changes to your health that might be affected by any of my spa treatments. If you are unsure please ask either me or your physician if it is safe to have this treatment.

COVID-19 Policy Update

At Holding Space Spa, we value the well-being and personal freedoms of our clients and staff while striving to create a safe and welcoming environment for all.

• Appointments with Joy: Clients are welcome to book services with Joy regardless of their vaccination status. Joy provides exceptional care and is happy to assist everyone in finding the relaxation and healing they deserve.
• Appointments with Sara: For personal reasons, I continue to require of vaccination for appointments. This decision is rooted in my commitment to creating a safe space while respecting personal freedoms and health considerations.
